Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a Financial Accountant to support the Financial Manager and Senior Accountant within the Manufacturing Industry. This role offers a long-term growth opportunity within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and ensure alignment with purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Monitor aging reports and facilitate timely payments.
• Oversee vendor payments, including account verification and loading.
• Assist in annual external audits by preparing and providing relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
• Maintain and update debtor credit applications and records.
• Provide day-to-day accounting support to the Senior Accountant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Completed SAIPA, CIMA, or SAICA articles.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP Business One is advantageous).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
