Hire Resolve’s client, a well-established energy company, is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator/Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Construction Project Coordinators/Supervisors with a strong background in welding, fabrication, ASME codes, piping codes, and ISO standards. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and efficient coordination of resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate construction projects related to welding, fabrication, and piping systems.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME codes, piping codes, and ISO standards throughout all project phases.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to align project objectives.
  • Conduct inspections and quality control checks on welding and fabrication work.
  • Oversee safety compliance, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to welding and piping systems.
  • Maintain project documentation, including reports, permits, and compliance records.
  • Train and mentor site personnel on best practices in fabrication, welding, and installation.
  • Coordinate procurement and logistics for materials and equipment.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Coordinator or Supervisor in welding, fabrication, or piping projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of ASME codes, piping codes, and ISO standards.
  • Technical expertise in welding and fabrication techniques.
  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction environments.
  • Relevant certifications in welding, fabrication, or construction management are advantageous.
