Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Finance Manager (CA) to join their operations in the Norther Cape!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and continuously improve the corporate governance framework for Financial Services, including accounting and payroll.
• Ensure best practices and strong internal controls across debtors, creditors, cash, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Create financial models aligned with strategic goals, analyse data, and assess financial risks.
• Provide financial insights, support business decisions, and mentor the finance team to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Bachelor of Commerce Honours
• CA (SA) Qualification
• Driver’s License
