Hire Resolve has an exciting opportunity at our client's Financial Services Department in Malmesbury, and we’re seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our dynamic team.
Job Specification
Reporting to the Manager Financial Services Admin, the incumbent would be responsible to review and assess the financial history of applicants (individuals or entities) to determine if they can be granted credit facilities. They would perform risk assessments, affordability assessments and then present findings to management. Secondary responsibilities are to assist with office administration and query resolution.
Minimum Requirements
• National Diploma (Accounting / Finance / Law)
• Membership of Institute for Credit Control
• 2 years related experience
• Strong administrative, analytical and financial facilities
• The ability to analyze audited statements and to communicate and negotiate on a high level with auditors and all banks
Key performance indicators include:
• Submissions
• Responsible for processing applications for credit facilities
• Establishment of securities
• Internal and external liaison
• General office administration
• Handling inquiries
• Ad hoc tasks related to aforementioned
