Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman Winders to join their operations in the North West!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance and monitor equipment availability to meet production targets.
• Support the implementation of the mine's environmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled legal inspections on machinery.
• Minimize downtime, evaluate risks, and conduct Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• A Valid Electrician Trade Certificate
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Artisan, including 5 years as an Electrical Foreman overseeing vertical winding systems, refrigeration, conveyor belts, and pumping systems.
• Valid Driver’s License

Benefits:

• Salary: R1,5m – R1,8m
