Position: Auto Electrician

Hire Resolve's Leading Mining Client are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Electrician to join their mining team in North West. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical systems in heavy machinery and vehicles, with a particular focus on mining equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and coordinate the implementation of workplace grievance and disciplinary processes
• Maintain high safety awareness and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on various TMM auto-electrical equipment (e.g., Drill Rigs, Cable Bolters, LHDs, Dump Trucks, Shotcrete, etc.).
• Ensure all equipment is certified, suitable for use in underground mines, and in line with operational standards.
• Assist with the maintenance of records for auto-electrical equipment, following planned maintenance schedules, and work overtime when required.

 

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Auto Electrician Trade Certificate
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Auto Electrician surface and underground
• Valid Driver’s License

Benefits:

• Salary: R800k – R1m
