Job Title: Auto Electrician

Location: Mining Sector - Rustenburg, South Africa

Position Summary:
Hire Resolve's Mining Client are looking for a skilled Auto Electrician to join their team in the mining sector in Rustenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring and components in various mining vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Manage maintenance data and update SAP systems with accurate information.
• Facilitate cross-functional failure analysis and implement cost-effective improvements.
• Oversee training and development for maintenance teams, ensuring skills growth and performance monitoring.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Automotive Electrician Trade Certificate
• 5 years experience post trade in a mining environment

Benefits:

• Salary: R800k – R900k CTC
