Job Title: Engineering Superintendent

Position Summary:
Hire Resolve's Leading Mining Client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Superintendent to join their mining team in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities within the mining operation to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance plans, set targets, and provide technical guidance to Instrument Technicians for safe delivery.
• Oversee resource allocation, utilization, and ensure target and equipment availability.
• Measure Technician performance, offering coaching and promoting best practices.
• Ensure adherence to legislation, policies, standards, and engage stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

 Requirements:

• Grade 12
• N6 Certificate with Engineering Subjects: Instrumentation
• Instrument Mechanician Trade Certificate
• 3 years experience as an Instrument Technician is required
• Coal Processing Plant experience with knowledge on Siemens PLC, SCADA and Programming

Benefits:

• Salary: R1.5m – R1.6m CTC
