Job Summary:
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior to join our team after completing the SAICA articles program. As an Audit Senior, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, supervising junior staff, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with auditing standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
- Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports
- Supervise and train junior staff members
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any issues or concerns
- Identify and resolve technical accounting issues
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in the preparation of audit proposals and budgets
- Continuously improve audit processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Completed SAICA articles program
- Minimum of 2-3 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and audit software
