Hire Resolve's Client, a great mining company in the Northern Cape, is currently looking for a skilled Electrical Engineering Superintendent to join their mining team.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Engineering Technical Trade Test with a minimum of N4 Engineering certificate
• Planned Maintenance Management certificate ( NQF level 5)
• Supervisory Certificate (NQF level 4 – 150 Credits) or ARM or equivalent
• MDP/ ARM Management / Leadership Equivalent certificate (NQF level 6)
• Minimum of three (3) year’s supervisory experience as a team/project leader/supervisor in mining or heavy industry maintenance environment in plant and fleet
• Minimum of five (5) year’s operational experience in a mining or heavy industry maintenance environment in plant and fleet as a qualified artisan (Total of 8 years of experience)
• Equipment specific experience / exposure:
  o MV Reticulation and Switching (Power Reticulation)
  o Capacitor Banks and other Energy-saving Initiatives
  o Diesel Generator and Back-Up Power Supplies
  o Electrical Fault-finding and Protection
  o Electrical building maintenance standards
• Basic user of MS Office, JD Edwards, SCADA; Intermediate user of MineSuite
• SHERQ knowledge and skills
• Medically fit - Meet required medical fitness standards
• Driver’s license - Valid Code B/EB driver's license
