Hire Resolve is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Financial Advisor for our client based in Pretoria. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for financial planning and providing tailored financial solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, offering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice.
• Assess clients' financial needs and goals to create customised solutions.
• Stay informed about financial markets, investment products, and regulatory changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
• Conduct regular reviews of clients' portfolios to ensure alignment with their goals.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current in the industry.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or as a financial advisor.
• Previous experience with bank brokers or reputable advisory firms.
• Relevant financial qualifications (e.g., CFP, RE5) are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
