Job Description

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Financial Advisor Assistant in Pretoria. As part of our client's dynamic team, you will support Financial Advisors in delivering exceptional financial services and building strong client relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Financial Advisors in preparing and reviewing financial plans
  • Create and maintain comprehensive client records and reports
  • Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries and service requests
  • Coordinate appointments and manage schedules for Financial Advisors
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and policies
  • Support various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
  • RE5 certification is beneficial
  • Prior experience in life insurance and investment planning
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Superior communication and client-facing skills
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage sensitive information responsibly
