Job Description

Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Administrator for a construction company. As an Administrator at this company, you will play a key role in supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to team members
  • Assist with managing office budgets and expenses

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
