Hire Resolve's client is seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to join their team in the exciting and fast-growing renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the Western Cape region.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive growth in the renewable energy sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the renewable energy sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals for potential clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expertise.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, policies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience using CRM software and other business development tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
