Job Description

Hire Resolve is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our client's team in Cape Town. This position offers a competitive salary of R210K per annum and provides an excellent opportunity for growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other payment requests
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and expenses
  • Review and reconcile vendor statements
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Resolve any payment discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain vendor files and documentation
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports
  • Provide support to the Accounts Payable team as needed
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience: Accounts Payable Assistant: 1 year (Required). International BPO: 1 year (Preferred). NetSuite/Sage 200 and other accounting software: 1 year (Required)
Benefits:
