Job Description

Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a skilled and motivated Endpoint Technician to join. As an Endpoint Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of endpoints such as desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Respond to IT support tickets and provide timely resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to implement and support hardware and software upgrades
  • Create and maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures
  • Assist with asset management and inventory control
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Endpoint Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Experience with device imaging and software deployment
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of networking and security principles
  • Relevant certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCSA/MCSE are preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree or diploma in IT or related field is a plus
